What is the name of your state? Texas

I have been away from this for about 4 yrs now and glad to see you asking for state....I remember people always asking "what state are you from" wasting posters time, etc.

Anyways...my questions are -

1. Once someone is convicted on a felony charge ( 2 cnts of child indangerment), are they never allowed to associate with another convicted felone or is it just during there probation period ??

2. I am aware or have been told they keep that felony record for the rest of there life...is this correct ??

Thank you for any insight on this matter.
