upon winning dwi trial i was arrested for a dwr based on one of the testifing officers stating he saw me driving five days prior i was never stopped or given a citation what are the laws in missouri? what avenues of defense do i have

I am a law school graduate. What I offer is mere information, not to be construed as forming an attorney client relationship.

He didn't give you a citation and never formally notified you. He can't just base it on what he saw and then expect that to hold up....but then again, you don't exactly come from california or new york. Missouri is not really a place where many people find true justice.

You need to get a lawyer to get the charge cleared AND to possibly sue the police for abuse of process.
