lost in ky

What is the name of your state? Ky.
I would like to know if this is possible to do in the state of ky. I had a felony charge back 16 almost 17 years ago. I have been researching to see if this is possible in the state of Ky. I know it can be done in CA. I was charged with welfare fraud and was given 5 years probation and ordered to pay restitution. I would like to have my record expunged or reduce. It is hard to get a job or anything with a felony conviction. I was appointed a notary in my state. So I don't see why my crime can not be reduced. If I have not been in any such trouble since that time.
