1995 i plead guilty to felony UUW (unlawful use of a weapon). I was arrrested for having an unregistered firearm in my car. I was given "intensive probation" for 1 year which i completed without any issues. I have not been in any trouble since then.

Is it possible to get this expunged from my criminal record? I was arrested in Chicago Illinois, Cook County. I read thru some of the info here http://www.state.il.us/DEFENDER/exp.html but i cant figure it out.

Thanks

Well according to that link you posted the only felonies that can be expunged is a drug charge and prostitution. The only way you could get that record taken off would be via a pardon from the governor.
