Does someone have a right to go back to court and fight a restraining order after restraining order was isued? Was told not to bother to go to hearing by lawyer as they usually grant them. Just to stay away from plantiff. But I want to fight it now after recieving the report on the allegations.

You don't know what to do in your own situation ....yet feel "free" to advise others. Why is that?

CAN you go back to court? Sure. Will it do you much good if you failed to respond the first time? Probably not.

It would e best to consult an attorney if you are going to go back and re-hash an already issued order.
