Patriciagina - CA. My husbad got arrested while driving his friends car he was stope by the cops and they searched the car and in the car underneth the passanger seat they found a gun, he is being charged with this but he does not want this charges becuase the gun is not his. He already pleaded not guilty, what else can he do to avoid this charges against him? He has been in prision before and want to know if this matters in this case? What can we do?
