What is the name of your state? FL
I am an author and I'm trying to make this as real as possible. A male school teacher has been accused of statutory rape of a 17 yr old female student. She did not mention the rape until she turned up three months pregnant and had to tell her parents. How long would a case like this take to come to court in Florida? Would an amniocentesis be done on the pregnant girl to prove who the father was or would they wait until the baby was born to run DNA test? Right now it's her word against his and paternity could possibly save him. Thanks for your help, guys :) Harc
