Florida Child Molestation

Haven't seen this one before...

71 years old male, lived with oldest daughter for 4 years after wife died(was invited to move in)
A very tightly knitted family all around,NEVER any problems. On May 2009 was accuse of molesting 4 year old granddaughter,no arrest,no doctor conformation,no hospital. Florida department of children and family investigated and found nothing.

Was told to get out and did so within 2 hours, retrieved more personal belongings 2 months later. Now 5 months later and hoping something good might come of this,no communications, totally shut down and devistated.

I now live with other daughter and children, who says Im totally innocent. The sisters who have been very close stopped speaking to one another. The son says 10% says you did this and 90% says you didnt.

What steps can I take to clear my name?

You would need to take steps to get your children to trust you and that may take a long time. YOur name has been cleared legally speaking.

The relationship of this WHOLE family Mom/Dad 3 adult children has been unbreakable and close-knit for 42 years (age of accuser).

Legally I'm OK BUT I'm branded for life with this accusation, the whole damn world knows by now and thats why I'm asking here what can I do to get my reputation back.

Im willing to go as far a sue this daughter and husband but what are the legel term for doing so? Do I have ANY chance at all?
