if a name was forged on a grant application value of $450 and you did not receive that specific grant - and the person that forged the grant spoke with the grant makers and explained and the grant maker choose to drop the issue. does the person that their name was used have any legal action they can take. the forger was not trying to personally benefit from their actions.
