What is the name of your state? Georgia

I few years ago, I had two roomates. When it came time to sign the lease, me and one roomate signed our names, but the other roomate forged the name of another roomate that used to live there. Can I be charged/punished for that in any way?

If you had knowledge of the forgery and failed to 'step forward', you could have some liability. The extent of that possible liability would be determined by the facts.
