My boyfriend and his ex have been seperated for almost two years. She refuses to sign divorce so we are waiting mandatory two year period. There were two vehicles from the relationship and were titled in both of their names. She asked him to sign off of the title to the vehicle she was driving but refused to sign off on his. He said no, of course, but her vehicle has not been seen since. How do we check to see if they still own it or she forged his signature to buy the new vehicle in her name only.
He normally would not care accept she is always threatening to take the car he drives and refuses to sign any marraige settlement to protect both of them.
