i used to have a roommate whom i lived with for several years and last year, i moved out (he stayed where he was). over the last few months, he used my name and ordered a bunch of stuff on credit from various catalogs, then stuck me with the bills. the landlord said he had moved to canada, but didn't say where.

i've contacted the companies and had my name removed from the bills. i'd like to see him prosecuted for this, but don't know how if he lives in another country. any ideas anyone?
