ok a friend of mine seemed to have taken money from work basically by returning stuff to her credit card that she never purchesed and i don't know what exact crime she committed but i do know that she did infact break the law. i just want to know where to look in the colorado statue to try to see what felony she might need to consider.

Do you mean consider to plea to? To consider to try to prepare protection from? What gives? I don't understand your question, cuz they don't let you pick what you want to be charged with.
