i am the sole heir and executor of an estste with only real estate and personals i have used most of my money she left me a credit card and credit card checks to use with written permission is it fraud to use these i already used two checks and it never occured to me about this. also can i accses her cedit reort to find out who she owes money to and not get chared with identity theft

STOP using the credit card and credit card checks. This is fraud. The written permission was obviously given prior to...well you know. YOu will be responsible for all debts that you have accrued on the credit AFTER her death.
