What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Minnesota I know someone accused of sexual conduct, but the girl is lying. She tried to extort money, she lied about him penetrating her with his fingers. I have proof of all this. Would this help his case.

Someone you know needs an attorney. We can't help absent the details.

I agree with FlyingRon that the person you know who has been accused of sexual misconduct needs an attorney - this especially if he has already been charged with the crime. Certainly any proof that you have that shows he did not commit, or could not have committed, the crime would be of interest to his defense attorney.
