I had a question regarding the law in Nevada pertaining writing bad checks on an account that had been closed.
She had an account which had been closed for several months and wrote an estimated amount of $10,000 in increments of $500 at at time, to the same establishment for gambling. She was going to buy the checks back. In which case after she lost the first $500, she got in over her head and kept trying to make the money back to cover what she already had lost. My question is what kind of consequences is she looking at. Is the state law different than the gaming law? She doesn't know what to do and didn't think that it would have gone this far. Any information regarding this would be very helpful.
