Friend (male) was beat up by approx. 6-12 guys

House party gone wrong and ends in hospital with busted jaw.
Six suspects were identified to the beating. Possible blunt object used. Most damage done to mouth region. Cat scan was done.

I would just like to see justice done for a good friend.
Will press charges against the accused.
If anyone can help i would like to know the min. and max. penalties that can occur and possible civil action.

your friend that ended up in the hospital has to file the charged against the guys who kicked his butt.. were the police ever called?
