When getting a BG check for my job, it popped up that there is a flag on my record stating that I am a Black Gangster Diciple. The Agent who told me this said that "it's clear it isn't you." but couldn't tell me anything else... like when it was put on, what exactly it says about me... or most importantly, how to get it off. How does one go about clearing an erronious Gang Flag from their Criminal Record?
