this is all occuring in jacksonville, florida someone please tell me how a man can be charged with aggrivated stalking, arrested for it and bond out on $50,000 bond then within a month commit aggrivated battery, carjacking and possession with intent to distribute, be arrested for it and then bond out on a $100,000 bond. Wouldn't commiting a felony while out on bond revoke the previous bond? Also, he owes $1200 in child support that has been ordered by an injunction is there anyway of getting that money from the bond that he has posted? Anyone with any info please respond

No you cant get support money from his bond.....a bondsman is a business, not a collection agency. Yes, he can bail on multiple cases as long as the bond isn't revolked. It is up to the bondsman to revolk his bond.....they must not have felt the need, or were not informed of his other arrest. Sometimes the left hand doesn't talk to the right.
