I know testimony cannot be used as grounds for slander, but I don't know the answer when it's questions in interrogatories. You can ask a lawyer in your state.
However, you have to prove damages beyond outraged/hurt feelings. I doubt you have any. Take some deep cleansing breaths and move on.
