Harassment

My children are being harassed by the lady next door can I file any charges against her,
She has done this many time cusing them and make gestures at them.

Do the kids feel threatened? Does your state have an obcenity law? Talk to police & file a complaint agaisnt her. See if you can get her actions on tape. It will help you prove what she's doing.

In the state of Mich. & the county in which I live-you have to prove INTENT before charges are filed for harassment. Also it takes a great deal more than what your neighbor is doing. Chalk her off as a "nut" & just ignore her. If she knows it bothers you, she probably feeds upon it.
