I wasn't sure where to post this problem.
The people across the street from me have been calling reporting my daughter on bogus allegations. They got an order of protection against her 11/06/2010 stating she threatened to kill them and their dog. That was a lie. Today they called the police and claimed she flipped them off. She has been in the house except when the gas-man was here about an hour before the officer arrived. They called the animal shelter on me a few years ago claiming I was abusing my dog. The animal control agent said there was no abuse to my dog and I informed him of everything these people were doing. He said they would no longer come out. They have called the city on me about weeds in my yard. They called the mental clinic on my daughter and the police came out to my house. They called the city on my motor home which was parked on PRIVATE PROPERTY. I feel like they are harassing me and have been for about 6 years now. What can be done to stop this stupid harassment? They don't like the way we look they call the police. I feel the police have better things to do then to bother people that are minding their own business. I need to know what to do. The police will arrest my daughter just on these people's word. Can I sue them for harassment, punitive damages, stress and anything else? These people have been a thorn in my side for about 6 years. I would appreciate any help you can give me in this grave matter.
