I have an ex boyfriend that claims I owe him money for working on my house while we were together. He has presented me with a bill. If I agree to pay the bill can I make him sign a "contract" that 1. Has a no trespassing clause in it as well as something that states he cannot contact me by any means at any point in the future? He apparently has been stalking my house and has gotten license plates of strange cars and has some way of finding out who they belong to because he has named me the people that have been to my house. He calls me on a regular basis at home, cell, work and emails as well. He leaves beligerent messages as well as emails.

Unless you had some kind of pre-existing agreement to pay him for his 'repairs', you have NO obligation to pay him anything.
Tell him to go away.
