What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Florida

A distant relative married a man that was trafficking drugs. After being married for 15 years, all the while he was involved in illegal drug trade, the FEDS issued a warrant for his arrest. Approximately 6 years ago, the FEDS questioned my relative, recorded the questioning, she never signed anything, and they told her that if she did not tell them where he was (which she did not, he fled & would not tell her for her own safety) they were going to charge her with "Aiding, Abetting, and Harboring a Fugitive" (sorry if the legal jargon is misspelled), and she they would put her in a Federal Prison for up to 6 years. She fled the country and has not been back since. After she left the country he was arrested and sentenced to Federal Prison for almost 30 years.

First of all, how do I find out if she has a warrant for her arrest? Secondly, if he has since been arrested, wouldn't the charges since been dropped since there is no way she is "harboring" a fugitive since he is in prison?

Thanking in advance for any and all advice!
