Hi, I am from Canada (Manitoba to be exact).
I am wondering if someone would be able to tell me what I have to comply with in order to make a website that asks for donations....the donations are for personal use.
What laws do I have to check out...and please please could you tell me where in the law it is.
Another thing is that I will have a disclaimer basically saying that if they donate that their credit card it theirs....and also that they are 18 years of age...or have parental concent.
If I need to add anything else....please please tell me.
