I took some of my moms checks and wrote them out. I got caught, made a police report of what I did and they gave me 3 weeks to pay back the amount of 1566.14. I just got a job and tomorrow is when it's due. What will happen when this goes to the prosecution office. And do you think I could get jail time. I live in Michigan.
