I gave a guilty plea to 240.20 Disorderly conduct back in 1983. I was 17. Is this a misdermeaner or a violation? In NYS

Well it is not a mistermeaner -- though it is most likely a misdemeanor. A violation of what? It could be a violation of probation as well. If you were on probation at the time.
