What is the name of your state?west virginia my ex-wife committed theft identity fraud on our 15 year old daughter.i have been to the county ,state,and federal authorities about the issue,but cannot get anything done. why have laws set up if they dont want to enforce them.its a shame my daughter is only 15 and already has bad credit thanks to the selfish needs of her mother.
