Herbal Cigarettes

In Illinois (Will County) is it legal to smoke HoneyRose cigarettes?
I want to quit my Salems and I was looking into herbal cigarettes but I cant find anything on the laws of them in my area. If HoneyRose isn't, is there one that is?

Nicotine gum and patches aren't an option for me.

Herbal cigarettes are legal in Illinois for those over 18.

Don't snow us with it being a tobacco alternative. We all know you're using it as a pot alternative.
