My boyfriend was involved in a hit and run accident, he was backing out of a driveway and hit a parked car and then left. Someone saw and got his license plate and called the police. The police called him to come and and bring in his vehicle. What should we do. He has a CDL, can he loose his Driver's License? Thank you.

If he doesn't go then they will come and get him. And if he is convicted of the hit and run, then Yes he could definately lose his CDL... however, had he simply left a note with his info for the poor person he hit, then NO he wouldn't have lost his CDL... but he took it from a fender bender to a crime.
