i would like to know if a homicide detective can be held responable for an inaccurate police reports, concerning the death of my son. the report were full of contradiction and error,in additional there were another police report, that was obtained by the victim assitance program, that was diffrent from the orginal police reports, both with the same date. if so what can be done.
