What is the name of your state?Ok, I have a subject who is being detained in LA County jail and is charged with 2 counts residential burglary. The Burglary took place at a Marriott Hotel, but not to a hotel room. A Office of an employee was burglurazied. My questions is this: Since he went in with the intention of burglarizing an office shouldn't the charges be dropped to a commercial burglary? If you could please reply or send me an E-mail at [email protected] it would be greatly appreciated.

Well, since we don't know what the police or prosecutor know, how could we comment.

What does his attorney say?
