I have a harassment case against my psycho neighbor. How do I go about subpoenaing my own witnesses (such as police, building inspector, DYFS case workers... ) I spoke w/ a lawyer yesterday and I really can not afford him so I am going to try and do this myself. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
