What is the name of your state? Texas

I was convicted of forgery of a financial instrument in jan. 27,1999 I plead guilty and got three years probation with no restitution. Now I am having trouble getting my nursing license and pharmacy license. So can you help me? I was told to file for a non-disclosure of deferred adjudification or to see if I can get it sealed or expunged. How do I go about this? Can I do any of this by myself? I'm a good girl now, and haven't been in any trouble since...

Call the attorney general's office in your state and ask them how to get started. You might also call the governor's office and ask them how to start pardon proceedings.

Pardons, expungements, etc. are not lightly given and each state has definite rules for granting these things.
