Just a curious question. What is the minimal amount of time a prisoner has to sit in jail before having his prelim? Long weekends such as this weekend(Thanksgiving) has posed the question. I'm under the impression that if a bond has been set the prisoner can bond out, but for zero(0) bonds such as Violation of Protective order and domestic abuse; a judge has to set a bond within 72 hours.
Any Help guy/girls?
