What is the name of your state?
Wisconsin is where we live. Husband picked up in Missouri and placed in jail there then moved to another jail in Missouri, then flown all over the country to en up in Oklahoma state pen., then flown all over until he reached Utah. Where he is being charged for the pending charges.
Everything that has happened to us is because of his sister and this is her way of getting back at us for kicking her out of our house.
She told the cops that they had oral sex and that they watched a porno togeather, and that she wanted to be with him, but because of her age they had to file it as felonies. The cops never looked for us they just issued a warrant and had him arrested. He has never had his miranda rights given to him, never been questioned for the supposed crimes. But we had to post bail which we got lowered from 100,000.00 down to 25,0000.00 and had to put up or house for that. We have spoke to the Attorney General and he says that the warrant was issued not only because of her statements which she has 2 one that she wrote and gave her teacher the other she told the cops and they dont match each other at all, but now they say they had or have some corroborating evidence that they cant remember who it is or who it is from now they would have to have some time to look at the case again.
Why weren't we told about this evidence before and were did this come from. It sounds like it might be a statement from someone that the alleged victim told. And that is all the evidence so far it is just her word and they don't even know or side since they will not talk to my husband. But they thought that they had great evidence to arrest him place him in jail and federal pen for 33 days for supposedly doing this sex crime to a minor , but they let him out to come home and live with his family, to me if they really thought that this was true they would of never let him out. She also had another man arrested as well for doing much worse according to her, but everytime she gets a man to pay her attention she falls for them just like the movie "The Crush" in fact the cop that she gave her statement to she said that they were sleeping togeather too. We have a eye wittness to one of the times that she said this happened, but it is not seeming to help. I don't know what to do any more with this. Our family is in utter confusion, and dismay. And need some help as what we should do.
