I live in KY. My husband has been in jail for 8 weeks waiting for his case to be taken to grand jury. His bail is to high to get him out of jail. Is there a time limit for a case to be taken to grand jury? He is in jail for drug poss. charges.

it could take month even years before they decide to check the case. it all depends...
