What is the name of your state? Ohio
I recently received a phone call from the prosecutors office saying that I have been indicted by the grand jury for theft and falsification. He told me that I need to come down and pick up my indictment and that no warrant has been issued. For some reason he didn't seem to be too forthcoming with any information of any kind and I am totally clueless as to what this pertains to. If I go there to pick up that paperwork am I walking into a disaster waiting to happen? And can I be arrested?
