I was arrested for theft by deception x3 and was charged with a misdemeanor. this was my first offense ever. I was caught voiding transactions on camera 3 times, but the guy never told me or approached me until the third time..i never benefited out of it and I never meant for things to turn out the way it did. what would my punishment be?
