Was I assaulted??State: Minnesota. While finishing a trail run with a lady friend of mine, her husband came running at me with clenched fists and swung at me(I ducked and he missed) and chased me for several yards , swearing and yelling and telling me to stay away from his wife. There were no witnesses other than the 3 of us. What happened and what are my options??What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? |

| You were not asaulted, he missed you. I'm sure the two of them, if confronted about this, would claim it never happened, so what other proof do you have of the "attempted assault" Stay away from the mans wife. |
