I filed a restraining order against my ex-boyfriend for domestic abuse. The judge approved the restraining order and i want to know how i go about dropping the restraining order and all charges brought against. i have a daughter who is 2 months old and i can't keep her away from her daddy. i really miss him and am very heartbroken that he isn't here.What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
