My I press charges against this guy for sexuall assualt and his family is trying to tell me that there is a warrant for his arrest. His mom said that she sighed the warrant because my attacker wasn't at home. This was about a month ago in Pennsylvania. Wouldn't they arrest him right there they would gave the warrant to his mom? I think they are just trying to scare me because its been about a month and he still hasn't been arrested. Can you shine some light on this subject for me?
