I was pulled over and taken to jail for 3 misdemeanors- 1)false reporting- I didn't have a license and lied about my name 2) Dui- I blew.004 but refused to take a blood test for drugs, the nice officer who pulled me over was a drug specialist, and a dog searched my car and found nothing- 3 days later I took a clean 9 drug panel test 3) driving under restraint after alcohol -related conviction , I had a dui almost 2 years ago but never reinstated my license b/c I didn't have a car, this was also my 2nd offense for this but the 1st time I was just charged with driving without a license- now I am facing 20 days in jail for this. I am seeking free legal aid at the cu law school, I hope to get the dui dropped for lack of evidence ( no drugs on or in me is pretty good huh? but I also faileed the road tests due to the fact I was petrified and also freezing- the officer wouldn't let me get my sweater. HELP!!!
