Kentucky
My husband is currently serving a 2 year sentence in a detention center in Kentucky. The only problem is, he was on probation for Florida (he had the probation transferred to Kentucky) when he picked up this other charge that he is doing time for. We just found out that he was awarded parole and will be released in June. But with this charge in Kentucky, that means he violated his probation for Florida. What are the chances of Florida extraditing him for a violation of probation for a non-violent offense?
