Almost 2 years ago I had to go to court for somethin I did at a party. I do not remember my charge, but I do know it was a misdemeanor. I am about to apply for a visa to move out of the country, and the application asks if I have any criminal charges. I was wondering if a misdemeanor counts as a criminal record and will this prevent me from getting a visa?
