What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Georgia
My son-in-law had a great opportunity for a new job. He had two interviews and all was going well, but when they did a background check it showed he had a felony charge in Florida. He has never been to Florida. Come to find out his long lost brother was arrested and gave his(son-in-law) name, DOB and SS #.
How does he go about clearing this up?
