arkansas...found out that my husband's daughter..that he gave up for adoption about 20 years ago...used his social secutriy number in 1997 to get phone service..it came up on our credit report 2 days ago..he has only had contact with her bout 5 times since the 60's...how in the world can we locate her and take her to court for fraud ? and what do we do now?

Contact the credit reporting agencies and have them "flag" your credit report to help prevent future misuse. Report the fraud to the phone company that she used the SSN with, and have them assign it to their fraud department (dispute the claim).
