What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? TX
Hi, I come to find out that back in Feb 1991 someone used my name in Daytona Beach, Florida to make a florida ID. The ID was never issued to the person and he was arrested. Now i am living through this nightmare cause the state attorney won't remove my name from the case cause it is used an an AKA. I need an advice how to go by clear my name from this case. Per State Attorney they cannot remove my name from the case unless judge give them a written court order. I am having hard time finding a job cause of the back ground check pulls my name up for this case. Any help would be appreciated.
