I see multiple felonies here, some with potential federal jurisdiction if they wanted to claim it.

Do not speak to anyone but an attorney. Contact that attorney ASAP.

Really, this is not a DIY project unless you consider orange the new black... cause there is almost definitely a jumpsuit in your future.

public defender is really the only option because of finances.. restitution will be paid before court date, volunteer community service done, and held a job for 8 consecutive years with good recommendations from employer. still an employee of that company of 8 yrs. employee was out sourced through a third party wich is the one who was stolen from. how much help will it be that the third party employer (victim) says they will not press charges?

The victim does not press charges. The DA does.

The fact that you are going through the process apparently means that the DA has decided to pursue your case.
