In the summer of 06 I committed burglary. I was 16 at the time(minor). I'm 17 now. If I was caught when I'm an adult would I be charged as an adult or a minor.

Though you could be charged as an adult... it is unlikely that they would pursue adult charges for a burglary... unless there were some special circumstances.
